Not to talk about enourmous commisions that are charged on both sides: guest's and host's. Homelidays without any reason reduced the payment for the clearly stated cleaning fee, payment was delayed for more than 10 days AFTER guests left our premices.
We are also not sure that our guests got back their safety deposit although we immediatelly reimbursed them. I tried to file a complaint at Homelidays but their customer service button DOESN'T work. So decided to completely remove our premices from Homelidays. From now on only operating via Airbnb and Booking.
And guest what: Homelidays putting pressure on reactivating our premices. Until no proofs of our guests got their money back, until my cleaning fee being paid, until understandable commisions statement being provided, we have no intentions to reactive our add.
